Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
- Delivery: We ship across South Africa. Delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days depending on your location.
- Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit for unisex apparel can sometimes be a journey. If your item isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size to ensure you are comfortably “Clothed in Dignity,” we offer seamless exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like headwear or intimate apparel cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
